This is my second install with Bathfitter in Brookfield, and they once again did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the design selections with Greg, to the office staff providing flexibility to work with my remodel schedule, and finally to Steve Hatcher doing a great job on the install, I remain a very satisfied customer. I really weighed the decision to use Bathfitter vs. tile and tub replacement, and I'm glad I made this choice. My bathroom is refreshed and DONE!

Chuck was very knowledgeable . He answered any and all of my questions. He was very efficient, worked steadily and cleaned up as he progressed. The finished product was my old tub gone and a new shower in its place. Looks beautiful and works even better.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitters. From the estimate to the scheduling to the plumbing and installation, all went smoothly and we were satisfied customers every step of the way. Steve H & Luke did a full tub removal and pan install in half a day! Excellent job and very friendly and courteous guys to work with. They will come highly recommended for the way they presented themselves and the high quality work they provided! Also Joe the plumber was very good and the sales rep Chris was very on top of making sure everything went smooth!

Very disappointed. Sales person would not share a detailed quote with my wife and I. The quote was extremely expensive and we asked why and if we could get the details behind it. He said no businesses today provide detailed quotes and got angry with us. Very shady, felt like a scam.
