The house we moved into needed some work. We wanted to redo the bathroom, but we cigured bathfitter would be a more affordable option. It was severly outdated and grossed. Their salesman walked us through all of our options and helped us with the pricing. We needed plumbing work done because our system was outdated. The plumber came in a day before and made all the upgrades in less than an hour. The installation tech came in the following day and was done in about 5 or 6 hours.
