Luke was the service installer and he worked by himself from 8 am until 6 pm. We live at a lakeside home that requires more than 80 stairs to go from the road down to the house. He made this trek over a dozen times to bring everything down and then back up when finished. The install was done very professionally and meticulously. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and fixtures. Highly recommend
