We were very pleased with the service from beginning to the end. Tony was easy to work with, explained everything very clearly and was up front about all work that would need to be done. The day before the install, the plumber was on time, did a great job, fixed a leak issue that was indirectly related to the work he did, and did a good job of cleaning up when done. Jimmy, the installer arrived on time. He was very professional throughout the installation. He demonstrated a great knowledge of the installation of the walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend Bathfitter for quality and value.
