The day before the install, the plumber was on time, did a great job, fixed a leak issue that was indirectly related to the work he did, and did a good job of cleaning up when done.     Jimmy, the installer arrived on time. He was very professional throughout the installation. He demonstrated a great knowledge of the installation of the walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend Bathfitter for quality and value.
