Greg did a great job. He was very thorough in all aspects of his work. He went above and beyond what I expected. He didn't just come in, put on the caulking and leave. He made sure the hardware worked properly and replaced parts as needed. At the same time he was very friendly and courteous.

We had a gentleman named Luke. He was so nice, efficient and communicative. We are so happy with him and the great job he did, but upset with ourselves for waiting so long!! Bath Fitters did an amazing job! Joe's rough-in was beautiful (too bad no one will ever see it) Jimmy did an amazing job installing of our shower. He was meticulous on prep before demo, protecting HWF, removing framed pictures on adjacent walls. He was extremely patient and professional as we worked through a few details as the install progressed. Very happy with the end result and have our other bathroom lined up for 2022.
