My mother had her bathroom tub replaced with a walk in shower. The installers were very professional, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was installed for her safety. We were very happy with the results.

Greg did a great job. He was very thorough in all aspects of his work. He went above and beyond what I expected. He didn't just come in, put on the caulking and leave. He made sure the hardware worked properly and replaced parts as needed. At the same time he was very friendly and courteous.
Ours was not an easy job. We had a tub removed and shower installed. It was completely finished in about 8 hours. Would highly recommend.
We had a gentleman named Luke. He was so nice, efficient and communicative. We are so happy with him and the great job he did, but upset with ourselves for waiting so long!! It actually was 17 years since we had our bathroom done by Bath Fitter, and there were some things that needed to be replaced, and we feel like we have a brand new bathroom.

Bath Fitters did an amazing job! Joe's rough-in was beautiful (too bad no one will ever see it) Jimmy did an amazing job installing of our shower. He was meticulous on prep before demo, protecting HWF, removing framed pictures on adjacent walls. He was extremely patient and professional as we worked through a few details as the install progressed. Very happy with the end result and have our other bathroom lined up for 2022.
