On Memorial Day weekend our tiled shower cracked and some tile pieces came off. We called Bath Fitter and a few other places that same day which was conveniently Friday of a holiday weekend. Bath Fitter was the only place to call us back and schedule a salesman. I am very happy with all aspects of this project. We removed a whirl-pool tub and added a shower and had a bath tub/shower renovated. The first day Joe came in to install the mixing valves. We were without both for 1 day but we have a shower in the basement so it was no problem. The next day Luke, Steve and Greg came at 8:00AM and started in right away. We had our main master shower leaking into the room below it on the lower level every time we would run the shower. A few Plumbers said I needed a new shower floor. Searched around for about 4 days and couldn’t find anyone to do the job.
