Very friendly and professional people all the way through the organization (estimator, office staff, installers). They took out our old whirlpool and installed walk in shower. $9900. Nice looking installation. Good value.

Bath Fitter installed a new shower. Ralph was an amazing installer. Everything was cleaned and he was very professional I cannot say enough good things about him. I contacted Bath Fitter to come and explain what they do, what their product is, and give a quote. Tony Winkler was my salesperson. He came out to the house was professional, did an excellent job of factually telling me about their product and giving me a solid quote. No high pressure, no "gimmicks or sales pitches."
