Long story short after having this installed 4 years ago. Bath fitters is cheap junk. We are now looking to get it replaced with something that will last, and be maintainable.
They give you a list of cleaning products you can use, and can't use. Unfortunately, the warranty voids if you use the cleaners that work. This is where they get you. We recently had them remodel our bathroom, on May 14, 2021. The room used to have a blue tub. I loved that fact that the guy Tony came over and got what we needed and was so helpful with the financing. I also loved that they cleaned up the mess and made my husband and I feel really good about the whole process. I love our bathroom now and they definitely deserve the 5 stars.
From start to finish a very pleasant experience! Steve Hatcher was on time, friendly, polite and cleaned up thoroughly after installing our new shower unit.
