Had a plumbing done and surround installed over my tile shower. Turned out looking good, but I feel that I way overpaid for the experiences I had. Both the plumber and installer failed to cleanup the mess created of broken tile, cement/grout shards, chunks of chicken wire, and ceramic dust that was strewn in my bedroom closet (through access door), and all over my basement. Great! My mother and father had a shower remodel done that was finished today. The week before after the tub was removed the woodwork left behind was water damaged and useless. Within minutes Steve was on the phone with his bosses and a carpenter to fix the situation. By Saturday the woodwork and insulation was completed and the remodel finished today by Jim. Steve Hatcher was our installer for a new bathtub/shower with surround/some accompanying minimal plumbing and did an EXCELLENT job with the installation. He was very professional and really knew and understood his work. We are elated with the results! Kudos to Steve!!!!
