My wife and I decided to have Bath Fitter do a new tub install over our existing one. It turned out great! Both the sales guy and the tech were both friendly kind and courteous. My wife had an errand to run that morning so the tech moved his work van out of the way prior to starting the work so that there would be no issues. We are extremely pleased with the final product.
