Very good experience from sale to installation. Our plumber and installer did an outstanding job and we are extremely satisfied with our tub to shower conversion.
Steven Hatcher did a wonderful job installing our shower stall and explaining how to take care of it. An issue came up immediately where we had to change our order (caused by how the consultant first measured our shower, I think), but Steve's recommendations made the process smooth.
Replaced existing neo angle shower with larger rectangular shower, removed existing tub with overhead shower and replaced it with walk in shower. Work done as anticipated, installers wore masks without being asked. Pleased with results
