My husband and I are soooooo happy with the way our bathroom now looks. It is such a beautiful area now. I'm sorry we waited 30 years. It was the ugliest bathroom I've ever seen. Our tech was a joy to work with, but he did forget to tell us how to work the shower. We had to call the office to find out. From the beginning of the planning process and throughout the install the Bath Fitter Team was fantastic. Greg explained the process and all the information needed to choose my tub to walk in shower conversion. The team was very professional and made sure all areas were covered so the mess was contained. We had to replace the shower stall floor. The installer Steve, explained what was necessary, did a superb job, and cleaned up completely. The stall looks brand new! We are so happy we used Bath Fitters.
