We had a fantastic experience with our installation. We went from a tub/shower to a walk in shower. There was one small problem. Everything was going fine, then there was a leak in the basement. Our installer Steve looked and checked, finally he cut a hole in the wall to access the plumbing and found the leak. He repaired it. All is good. Steve was very tenacious and would not leave until he figured out the leak problem. It had nothing to do with his installation.

He took the time to ask the questions we most often forget to ask and we worked through questions that we had. This was an amazing experience. This is one of those companies that delivers exactly what they promise and has answers to all of our questions. The sales person (Greg) was very knowledgable and easy to work with. The plumber was early and did his job very well. The bath installer was great and our final bath/shower looks AMAZING! Awesome!
