Initial salesman experience was good, and Tony was excellent to work with. Installer/plumber was a disappointment. They were rude to my wife the entire time they were at our house, not personable at all, and a random person just walked in to help them part way through the day with no heads up or introduction. Shower installers showed up on-time as promised. Work on both showers was completed in a few hours. Everything was cleaned up. Again professionally done and quality work. Showers look and work fantastic.

We had our shower replaced, and it was an excellent experience. Steve Hatcher was awesome. He took the time and caring to make sure my shower bench and grab bars were in the best spot for me. He was great at explaining the new system and how to care for it. It really took just one day, and we couldn't even tell they were here when they left. We highly recommend them!
