            Initial salesman experience was good, and Tony was excellent to work with. Installer/plumber was a disappointment. They were rude to my wife the entire time they were at our house, not personable at all, and a random person just walked in to help them part way through the day with no heads up or introduction. We were assured in the initial sales meeting that the tile in our shower would be removed, but they simply stuck an insert over everything. This is fine I suppose, but was not what we discu...             Plumber showed up on time as promised and completed the work in a couple of hours. Very professional. Quality work. Shower installers showed up on-time as promised. Work on both showers was completed in a few hours. Everything was cleaned up. Again professionally done and quality work. Showers look and work fantastic. All wok was completed as promised. No exceptions. This work should last a lifetime! We could not be happier!
