Plumber showed up on time as promised and completed the work in a couple of hours. Very professional. Quality work. Shower installers showed up on-time as promised. Work on both showers was completed in a few hours. Everything was cleaned up. Again professionally done and quality work. Showers look and work fantastic. All wok was completed as promised. No exceptions. This work should last a lifetime! We could not be happier!

We had our shower replaced, and it was an excellent experience. Steve Hatcher was awesome. He took the time and caring to make sure my shower bench and grab bars were in the best spot for me. He was great at explaining the new system and how to care for it. It really took just one day, and we couldn't even tell they were here when they left. We highly recommend them!

I've had a great experience with Bath Fitters. From the salesman (Mike Lovelace), installer ( Steve Hatcher) and the girls in customer service everyone had been very helpful, polite and very professional. I especially like that they stand behind their work. I ended up not liking the hardware I picked out once it was installed and they are coming back out to give me some other options!!! LOVE THAT!!!
