The whole experience with Bath Fitter was excellent. The sales rep (Mike L.) was very professional with a no pressure sales presentation. Mike provided exactly what we wanted at a very good price (no up-selling and no pressure). The installer (Steve A.) was first class. He is a true craftsman and did an super job. He worked hard all day long and made sure we were satisfied with the tub to walk-in shower conversion (we were). This is a company that cares about it's customers.

Steve (plumber) and Willie (installer) did a great job. Very professional and thorough. They left our bathroom, hallways/entryways and garage very clean and free of any left over debris from the bathroom shower installation.

Mike came and gave us the estimate and he explained everything that would be done and didn’t try to over sell us. We appreciated that he listened to us and answered all our questions without making us feel silly for the questions since it was our first big remodel we had a bunch. Absolutely in love with our new bathtub, our toddler loves it and so does this pregnant mama! John came and installed it all on his own and did an amazing job and was done so fast!
