I was pleased with everything until I got this text asking for a review. It was sent to my phone which made sense since I made the initial appointment and paid for the new surround for the bath. What did not make sense was that it was addressed to Mark, my husband. Gee, I wonder if this one of the reasons that women hate dealing with remodelers?
Installer was professional, courteous, and did a very good job with our new shower surround installation. Highly recommend!
We had a shower redone. The salesman said that the walls would have to be installed individually with seams where they met. He didn't realize that Mike Horner was going to be our tech! Mike make all three walls plus a narrow piece on each side of the opening all in one piece. Mike spent around 9 hours crafting our new shower.
