    We were surprised that no one from Bath Fitter called us after our install. We had a few items related to our tub to shower conversion that we would have like addressed. We ended up emailing our concerns and then the salesperson reached out. To say we are not satisfied would be an extreme understatement. The height of the threshold is significantly higher than we were led to believe it would be. It is just over 5", we were expecting 2" - we paid for the low threshold base. When we asked about i...
