Update: The manager called to discuss options, they will return 8/28 to replace the wall so there are no patched holes and remove the non functional seat. They are refunding us $1265 for the seat as well. Changing rating from a 2 to a 4. We used Bath Fitter previously, and loved that it was a 1 day install and easy to clean. We recently spent $15,000 on a bathtub-to-walk-in shower conversion with Bath Fitter that included sliding glass doors, a shower seat, and an added shelf. Things I wish I ... Read more
