The end result was a beautiful new shower for a reasonable price. There was an issue with the wrong base being ordered which delayed the installation however they did reduce the cost and do the installation on a Saturday to compensate me for that. There was also a small leak and water pressure issue however both were resolved in less than 48 hours so I was very happy with the prompt service.

Our stainless steel bathtub looked horrible; rusted around the drain and chipped with yellowing stains throughout. I called to get an estimate to have it sanded and refinished. Then I called to get an estimate from Bath Fitters for an inset. The inset was twice the price of the refinish, but it has a lifetime warranty while the refinish is only good for 3-5 years and then will need to be redone.
