The consultant was timely and friendly. The process went smoothly. He knew how long each step would take. The installer, and the plumber were also super friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
They did a tub/shower combo for us and it looked ok if you like the all white basic hospital look but after 30 days the tub felt like you were walking on a waterbed! Water was getting between the new tub and the old one and would then leek below. Luckily we have unfinished basement it was leaking into! They came out to fix and resealed the drain and that’s it!
