My Bathfitters experience was excellent from start to finish. The office team was very nice. More importantly, the installer, John, did a superb job tearing out my old tub and installing the new one. He went above and beyond to ensure a perfect fit in an old imperfect space. He took great care to protect my home and yard throughout the process.
