My Bathfitters experience was excellent from start to finish. The office team was very nice. More importantly, the installer, John, did a superb job tearing out my old tub and installing the new one. He went above and beyond to ensure a perfect fit in an old imperfect space. He took great care to protect my home and yard throughout the process.

Bath Fitters is top notch. Had a small crack develop 6 years after my install. They came out very quickly and no questions asked, repairs were made, up to even stating they would put in new walls should I choose. No charge. Lifetime warranty means just that with Bath Fitters.

Installed walk-in shower, looks and works amazing. When we needed it, BF was out there within 2 days to give me an estimate and schedule a time within two weeks. That was quicker than either of the two kitchen and bath renovation places could even plan to come out to give me an estimate. Very quick service, very easy to work with, managed additional issues without increasing the cost from the estimate, done in a day. It’s been just what we needed.
