This was the best installation and customer experience that I have ever had. The installer showed up within the timeframe he said he would; had the old tub busted up and out in 30 minutes; the plumber arrived and completed his work during the 1st hour. Even though they said to expect 8 am - approximately 5 - 6 pm the entire job was done in about 5 hours. Very courteous and professional. Our stainless steel bathtub looked horrible; rusted around the drain and chipped with yellowing stains throughout. I called to get an estimate to have it sanded and refinished. Then I called to get an estimate from Bath Fitters for an inset. The inset was twice the price of the refinish, but it has a lifetime warranty while the refinish is only good for 3-5 years and then will need to be redone.
