My experience with Bath Fitters was perfect from start to finish. All representatives were professional yet friendly. There was no pressure but the knowledge of the product helped guide my decision . Within two weeks my tub was converted into a beautiful and up to date shower. It was indeed installed during the course of one day. I highly recommend this company!

Our sales consultant did explain the order and pricing prior to your signing of the contract, which indicated there would be no shower doors included. They did a great job replacing our tub with a shower. Scheduling was prompt and easy and they arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised. A bit pricey but I think the value is there. The sales person and the installers were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
