Everything happened in a very time-efficient manner. The sales-guy was very careful in his measurement and very low-key and relaxed in his pitch. The installer, who was extremely kind and polite, worked HARD all day and finished the same day he started. The product is exactly what we hoped for and beautiful! This is not your cheapest option, but we felt the price was reasonable. And they are allowed to negotiate.
