we paid exactly what we were quoted, the salesman took his time in order to give us what we expected. the installer, kyle, was great: on time, professional, cleaned up and was finished in one day as promised. we love our walk in shower. thanks bath fitter.

Everything happened in a very time-efficient manner. The sales-guy was very careful in his measurement and very low-key and relaxed in his pitch. The installer, who was extremely kind and polite, worked HARD all day and finished the same day he started. The product is exactly what we hoped for and beautiful! This is not your cheapest option, but we felt the price was reasonable. And they are allowed to negotiate.

Team was courteous, ask questions before starting work, laid protective covering on floor, very careful not to damage anything, cleaned up after finishing work and work was completed by promised time.
