We had our Bath Fitter insert installed last July. We have been very happy with it. About 2 weeks ago we began to sense a slight mildew smell and within a day or two, we thought we could hear a squishy sound under the insert when we stepped in or around while showering. 7/18/25 update: Bath Fitter returned and reinstalled the shower. The height of the base is now just over 2" and we are pleased with the reinstall. Our score has been updated to 3 stars.
