Very quick and professional. Answered all my questions. Ian, and Tyler did a great job installing and Brian was with plumbing to make sure my plumbing needs were met and Mike was with sales and helped me make decisions . Great service!!!

We are so grateful we chose Bath Fitter for our Bathroom remodel. Andrew Pickney was the very professional and patient with my elderly parents. They understood the Veteran Grant program and worked with us every step of the way. When it came time for the installation, our installer, Willie, was the BEST. My parents said that he was the most professional, friendly, and patient with their every question. We highly recommend Bath Fitters, they do an excellent job in just ONE day!

From the beginning, I enjoyed my sales rep, Jeff. The plumber, Steve, & installer, Chris, were both phenomenal!! Worked quickly, super nice, extremely experienced, I can't say enough!! Love the finished product & it was a joy meeting Steve & Chris. Definitely above & beyond experience!!
