Bath Fitter was excellent from start to finish! The agent that came to visit was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions immediately and with honesty! The installer did an excellent job even though our air conditioner wasn't working the best on the day he came. The plumber was quick and efficient and certainly didn't take any "shortcuts" which we appreciated very much. We were without water for approximately 2 hours which was a godsend! Excellent job performed by Chris (installer) and Steve (Plumber). They displayed strong professionalism, curtesy, excellent knowledge and customer focused! Both of them during their respective jobs ensured that I was informed with the progress. Chris made sure I viewed the final installation for completion and approval. 7/18/25 update: Bath Fitter returned and reinstalled the shower. The height of the base is now just over 2" and we are pleased with the reinstall. Our score has been updated to 3 stars. If the initial install would have been done like the reinstall, our initial score would have been higher. Original review: We were surprised that no one from Bath Fitter called us after our install.
