We had a few hiccups with communication returning to fix water pressure we weren’t fond of, and one rude customer service guy named Kyle..but I am changing my eating from a 2 to a 4 because they went above and beyond to make us like our water pressure and apologize for Kyle. My faith is restored in having the lifetime warranty of the product and service they offer!
