I would like to state the only reason I'm giving the 2 star is because of the fact the installer/plumbers were the best experience besides talking to the customer rep Alex. I had 2 baths redone and was told 1 day installs for both which is 2 days total. First one was done on May 1st. The workmenship is great no complaints. We had a shower enclosure installed by Bath Fitter 8 years ago. Going from awful old tile and grout that could not be cleaned properly to the new shower enclosure was a game changer! Installation took one day and we were in business. It is so easy to keep clean and even after eight years it looks brand new. The silicone sealer recently was showing a little wear. All it took was a call to our local representative, Alex, and they are scheduled to come out and replace it for us. Their product... Read more
