    We were surprised that no one from Bath Fitter called us after our install. We had a few items related to our tub to shower conversion that we would have like addressed. We ended up emailing our concerns and then the salesperson reached out. To say we are not satisfied would be an extreme understatement.     I was skeptical of calling Bath Fitter for our new walk-in shower. I figured they would be expensive, and the materials would just be ok. I was wrong!
