FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Our basement sewer line backed up a year ago and flooded our house. It was a complete disaster, but we couldn’t have been happier with the folks at Bathfitter who showed up promptly after we contacted them and then worked to help design our new basement shower in real time. Then the day of the install, Ian and Hayden showed up on time and were extremely professional working in our home to create our new walk in shower. We had a few hiccups with communication returning to fix water pressure we weren’t fond of, and one rude customer service guy named Kyle..but I am changing my eating from a 2 to a 4 because they went above and beyond to make us like our water pressure and apologize for Kyle. My faith is restored in having the lifetime warranty of the product and service they offer!
