I had 2 shower updates, when I need re-caulking they come out and do it...all men that works for them are very nice & know what they are doing....I am now getting old and will go to them cause it's hard to climb over tub... very impressed 😁

This is our 3rd time using bathfitters, may be the last. The first 2 times they did work for us was amazing that been 8 years ago. A lot sure has changed in the company. The quality of work is crap at least on my current job they are doing.

Great installer
We're so happy to hear you were pleased with our installer, Don! Thanks for sharing your experience.
Couldn’t get the tub stopper open to clean out hair clog so I gave them a call. Technician will be out tomorrow! So happy they are right on it, and can get me back on track!
We're happy to hear we could respond promptly and that a technician will be out tomorrow to get your tub back on track. Thank you for the positive feedback, Michele!
Trevor did an absolutely fabulous job transforming our sunken tub of 46 years into a beautiful, contemporary, walk in shower.
It was amazing how he got here at 9:00 and was finished by 2:30 leaving no mess at all. He was very cognizant of what he was doing and doing it correctly. Trevor was easy to work with. The cost was a bit pricey but we would do it again because it was worth it. Trevor is a wonderful representative of Bath Fitter.
Thank you for your review, Maria! We’re delighted to hear Trevor transformed your sunken tub into a beautiful, contemporary walk-in shower and completed the project so efficiently and neatly. We’ll be sure to share your wonderful feedback with him.
