The Bath Fitter guys are truly professionals. We had our entire bathroom redone and they replaced a cast iron tub with a walk-in shower with glass doors and a seat and it is awesome. When I get in it I just am so glad that we had it done because it makes it so much easier for me who has disabilities and my husband loves it too. These guys are professionals, they come if anything is needed. Even if it's a small thing like caulk or to tighten the screw on the toilet paper holder because we did not... Read more

I would like to state the only reason I'm giving the 2 star is because of the fact the installer/plumbers were the best experience besides talking to the customer rep Alex. We had a shower enclosure installed by Bath Fitter 8 years ago. Going from awful old tile and grout that could not be cleaned properly to the new shower enclosure was a game changer! Installation took one day and we were in business. It is so easy to keep clean and even after eight years it looks brand new. The silicone sealer recently was showing a little wear. All it took was a call to our local representative, Alex, and they are scheduled to come out and replace it for us. Their product... Read more
