I'm now disabled and needed a new shower that is ADA compliant. Tom came out and explained everything in detail. He had my instillation scheduled within two weeks. Kyle came out as my installer. He too explained everything in detail. He lined my entrance and hallway with protective runners. He took pictures along the way to show me each step.
