We had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty.
They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked.

They say customer service is dead. Well, not at Bath Fitters it's not. My mother installed one of their tub covers in 2008. When she called them about some caulking failing, not only did they happily send someone out immediately, the tech that showed up did a thorough inspection. He noticed a water deposit under the tub and was willing to replace the whole tub kit for free. After we got the tub kit, we remodeled the bathroom.
