Bathfitter did a wall surround and tub in my bathroom. It looks beautiful. After several years though I had a small crack in the tub. They replaced it under warranty at no charge as their advertisement states. I asked them to come back because I thought that it needed to be caulked a little bit more, and the production manager came out and went above and beyond and actually added a trim piece as well. They were very responsive and professional.
