I was really blown away by the service, timeliness, quality, and financing options. It was a surprisingly positive experience for dealing with a bathroom remodel!
I had a new shower installed in May 2023 and worked with Matt for the right color and fixtures needed. In July I had a new toilet installed ( not from Bath Fitters) , but the plumbers did some damage to the shower. I called Matt and he had someone out here the next day. Mike and Kyle came and fixed the problem with the shower door and also fixed another small issue. they were quick and efficient. So great to know that there are companies that still give great customer service.
