Matt was our sales rep. We did not feel pressured to purchase at all. We had priced walk in showers with other companies and this was a great deal and beautiful product. Kyle & Jarrett were our installers. We were very skeptical that the project could be completed in 1 day but it was! They did all of the work. Tear out to install. It really looks amazing! We had a leaking faucet 4 years after purchase of a bath fitter tub. Travis came out and fixed it quickly at no cost. He noticed that the caulk needed to be replaced and did that at the same time...at no cost. Friendly and efficient service!
