I called Bath Fitters this morning ( 10 AM) as the shower would not shut off and I need to know the type of cartridge I would need to replace. A very nice operator came on ( I believe her name was Patty) and informed me that it was covered as with anything they installed had a lifetime guarantee. She said that there was a Master plumber Bryan that would be able to stop by in the afternoon. Bryan showed up at 1:30 PM ( super nice guy ) fixed it and was gone by 2:00PM.
