Starting with the sales rep. very professionial and thorough. Didn't push a bunch of sutff we weren't interested. Stayed on point and did a great job. The installation couldn't have gone smoother. Put down tarps to protect carpets from first to 2nd floor bathroom. Job was completed in about 6 hours. Beautiful job! Cleaned up. Crew was polite, thorough and great.

Matt was our sales rep. We did not feel pressured to purchase at all. We had priced walk in showers with other companies and this was a great deal and beautiful product. Kyle & Jarrett were our installers. We were very skeptical that the project could be completed in 1 day but it was! They did all of the work. Tear out to install. It really looks amazing! Totally transformed our bathroom. You will not regret choosing bath fitter!

We had a leaking faucet 4 years after purchase of a bath fitter tub. Travis came out and fixed it quickly at no cost. He noticed that the caulk needed to be replaced and did that at the same time...at no cost. Friendly and efficient service!
