    Matt was a good salesman. He let my wife and I make an informed decision on the tub. He gave us a lot of options and how to save money. Trevor did a great job installing everything in 1 day. My only complaint was the mess the plumber left in the basement. Not a big deal, nothing a broom couldnt sweep up. There was an issue with the caulk settling, but another technician came out the next day after I made it known to them. We love it and our little 9 month old can enjoy it too.

    WOW! is what all my friends and I said when we saw the job Kyle did. My old tub is gone and it is replaced by this beautiful shower that I can't wait to use (just gone done yesterday.) No one believed the "same day" pitch sale, it is actually true, in 7 hour they were there and gone. They cleaned everything before they left! Will recommend 100%, no reservations.     Installer Travis called he was on his way. Did an excellent job. Showed me problems as he was working. He fixed the problems. The job took him longer because of what he had to correct. Laid out runners where he had to walk. After install he made sure all the trash was picked up, and loaded. This is the second time they have done a bath/shower instal for me. I highly recommend them.

    Bath Fitter was amazing to work with for choosing and installing our new shower. Kyle and Ethan were very professional installers. They were in and out within the same day, and so unintrusive that I forgot they were there! I will definitely be using Bath Fitter again on my next bathroom project.
