I had a bathtub taken out and a walk in shower put in. It looks beautiful. Kyle did a great job. It was so hot, but he kept up the pace and worked until it was done. I'm very happy. I love it!

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. First off my sales rep was great, he came out and treated me like a family member instead of a customer. He worked with our schedule and went out of his way to make sure we could get it done before vacation to give it time to dry. Kevin our installer was amazing as well first thing on Friday he gave me a call and was able to come out early and get it completed. Thank you to Scott (sales), Brian (Plumber), Kevin (Installer), and the phone staff. First I will start with Scott. The words I would say are “relaxing” and “refreshingly honest”. Bathfitter did a wall surround and tub in my bathroom. It looks beautiful. After several years though I had a small crack in the tub. They replaced it under warranty at no charge as their advertisement states. I asked them to come back because I thought that it needed to be caulked a little bit more, and the production manager came out and went above and beyond and actually added a trim piece as well. They were very responsive and professional.
