Great experience! I didn't receive the best communication from the person who came out and "sold" me the shower (he didn't confirm my appt when it got closer to the date), so I had to call the company and confirm my project was still on track as planned. I was assured it was, and the installer (Mike) called me the morning of to let me know he was on his way.
