Almost two years ago, I hired “Bathfitters” to totally tear-out and replace a bathtub and a full shower. At that time, They were in and out and just one day. I was extremely pleased with their work. Here I am, two years later, and I had a leak in the pipes beneath both my shower and my bathtub. We had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty. They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked. We set a time for the following week to have him come back to take the cracked one...
