We had our bathtub converted to a walk in shower. Mike the consultant, Ian the installer and Steve the plumber were fantastic. They arrived and got to it. They explained what they were doing along the way including sounds and smells. The were professional courteous and very pleasant. Even my telephone call to the office to ask a question was met with a very pleasant "how can I make your day better?"!
