AWESOME all the way around!!!. Our installer , IAN, drove up from St Louis to Springfield, IL. He called to give us his arrival time and showed up as planned. We had an old tub that he converted into a shower/ tub. It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and actually diagnosed a leak we have been dealing with for years. We had our one piece bathtub/shower unit removed and a new soaker tub and walls installed with glass shower doors. Everything went smoothly from the appointment to select our items to having it installed. Bathfitter was very professional and on-time. Our installer, Kyle Kraemer, did an amazing job. I was impressed by how he took care of our property and cleaned up. Very happy with our decision to go with Bathfitter!
