      Great experience! I didn't receive the best communication from the person who came out and "sold" me the shower (he didn't confirm my appt when it got closer to the date), so I had to call the company and confirm my project was still on track as planned. I was assured it was, and the installer (Mike) called me the morning of to let me know he was on his way.       We love our new Bath Fitter shower. It is exactly what we wanted. David the sales rep was so helpful in showing us the options of what could be done.
