I normally don’t do reviews but I had to give praise.... after buying our new( to us) house that had a Bathfitter system, we found out once you stepped in it there was water under the liner..... I figured I’d have to argue about warranty but they came out... inspected, tried to drain the water to fix... when that didn’t work to get it 100% they actually replaced the tub liner.... no hassles... no upsells... great employees... the true test of a company is how they handle issues when things aren’...
